What stood out the most was the impeccable service provided by the staff, including Hasan, Zinnur, Cem, Hidir, and Karem. the hotel's arrangements for tours and ticket assistance were commendable, adding convenience to our exploration of Istanbul's historic gems. the combination of classic decor with modern comfort in the spacious junior suite added a touch of luxury to our trip.
